Insurance and health plans

Accepted Plans

We work with many PPO, HMO, Medicare, and government health plans. Because insurance participation can vary by product, network, medical group, IPA, and provider assignment, please contact the office or your health plan to confirm coverage before scheduling.

Important insurance notice

We do not accept Medi-Cal health plans. If one of our providers is listed on your insurance card as your primary care provider, please call your health plan to confirm or update your designated provider before scheduling. If you have an urgent concern, seek care at an urgent care facility or emergency department while your insurance assignment is being corrected.
